It's the Meat Quality, Stupid (A Farmer's Manifesto on Beef)

It's been a little while since I crowned a Customer of the Week.

Truthfully, we were a little light on reviews for few weeks.

Apparently people were "busy" with "Christmas" or "New Years" and their "loved ones."

No time to be emailing their favorite beef salesman.

Obviously their priorities need a little adjustment, but I do get it. Life happens. Anyway, the point of this post is simple: when you strip away the marketing, the packaging, the influencer posts, and the freezer giveaways, what people actually buy beef for is real beef quality. Everything else is decoration.

But today is January 2nd and we're all LOCKED BACK IN. Right?

You also celebrated New Year's Day by mopping the office, writing 1 BILLION COWS on a vision board like Beef Dr. Evil, and talking to your butcher?

Right?

Well whatever.

Luckily our friend James took time out of his holiday season to leave us a brand spanking new 5-Star Review.

Wow! I ordered 1/4 of a cow and I've been incredibly impressed by the quality. The customer service/ordering and delivery was smooth (which is always nice) but let's be honest: it's ALL about the quality of the meat. I've now tried pretty much every cut they sent and I've been 100% satisfied and blown away by the quality and taste. If you're looking to shop locally and with an ethical, sustainable and "family" farm, look no further than Dirty Dog Farm. The quality of the meat is second-to-none and you'll never go elsewhere. I know I won't. Five stars! Highly recommend!

Why beef quality is the only thing that actually matters

There's a million great things about buying 100% Grass Fed Beef from a small farm like us.

But at the end of the day it's all about the quality, and ours will blow you away.
