No! We do not use any MRNA vaccines, and will not use them in the future.

In case you were wondering, as of right now, there are no MRNA vaccines available for cattle in the USA.

We are a small farm and generally our Beef Shares are reserved 4-6 weeks ahead of delivery.

When you place your deposit, we will reach out to give you a firm estimate and to schedule delivery of your freezer so it's there well ahead of your beef!

Step #1 - Place Your Deposit

Pick your Beef Share size and place your deposit.

You’ll receive an email order confirmation automatically, and then we'll be in touch to go over more details about what you can expect going forward.

Step #2 - Pay your remaining balance and schedule delivery

On your scheduled date, the cattle will be brought to our local processor, where the expert butchers will begin processing your beef (this usually takes 2-3 weeks). On that date, we’ll also email you an invoice to collect your share’s remaining balance and schedule shipping/pickup.

Step #3 - Your beef is delivered & you enjoy!

Once your beef is ready we will pick it up from the butcher, ship your Beef Share to your door (or you'll come pick it up) and you’ll enjoy a freezer full of nutrient dense, delicious, 100% Grass-Fed Beef!

The exact number of cuts will vary depending on each cow, but in general each share will be.

Here is an example of a Half Beef share....

60-80 lbs of Premium Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages 85/15 blend

6-8 Roasts: Brisket, Eye Round, Coulette, etc.

4-8 stew meat in convenient 1 lb packages;

4-8 Cross Cut Shank individually packaged;

4-8 packs of short ribs;

16-20 Rib Eye, Porterhouse/T-Bone

16-24 total Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Chuck and Top Round;

2-4 Skirt, Flank, Tri-Tip.

Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days. It is then cut, individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and flash frozen.

We target a fat ratio of roughly 85/15 (lean/fat). We find this is a great, versatile blend for the wide variety of ground beef uses.

Mini Beef Share - Fits in any standard freezer (about 1cubic foot of space)

Eighth Beef Share - Require about 1.5 cubic feet of space

Quarter Beef Share - will fit in a small 3-5 cubic foot freezer

Half Beef Share - requires about 7 cubic feet of freezer space

Whole Beef Share - requires about 14 cubic feet of freezer space

Our beef is vacuum sealed in heavy duty packages. It will last indefinitely when properly frozen, but the USDA recommendations are to use within 1 year for best quality.

We recommend a Quarter Beef for couples or families with young children.

A Half Beef Share works great for bigger families or if you have older kids.
