Is this really 100% grass-fed beef?
You bet! Our cattle eat grass and only grass - fresh pasture during growing season (April-December) and quality hay in winter. No grain ever sneaks into their diet. And yes, we mean 100% of the time.
Do you use MRNA Vaccines?
No! We do not use any MRNA vaccines, and will not use them in the future.
In case you were wondering, as of right now, there are no MRNA vaccines available for cattle in the USA.
What size should I choose?
We recommend a Half Beef Share for most families.
Grab a Whole Beef Share for serious carnivores, folks who love to entertain, or families with 2 or more hungry teenages.
How does shipping work?
We ship to 11 states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. If you're in NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, RI, VT, NH, ME, MD, or DE, shipping is free on orders over $200. Further south? We can still get you your beef - check our shipping zones for rates.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
No worries! Your beef comes in an insulated box with plenty of ice. It'll stay frozen until you get home that day. We pack it properly so you don't have to stress about it.
Will all this beef fit in my freezer?
Here's a quick guide:
- 1/8 Share: Needs 2 cubic ft (fits in most fridge freezers)
- 1/4 Share: Needs 4 cubic ft
- 1/2 Share: Needs 8 cubic ft
- Whole Beef: Needs 16 cubic ft
