Refund Policy

We stand behind every cut of meat that leaves our farm. Because our beef is a perishable product raised with care, we don't accept returns — but if something isn't right, we want to hear about it.

30-Day Refund Window

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. That might mean a full refund, a partial refund, or a replacement — whatever fits the situation.

We'd rather talk to a real person than hide behind a policy. Email us at support@dirtydogfarm.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. If something arrived damaged, thawed, or just not up to our standard, a photo helps us sort it out faster.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your box shows up damaged, thawed, or contains the wrong items, contact us right away at support@dirtydogfarm.com and we'll get it handled.

How Refunds Work

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show up on your statement. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still don't see it, email us and we'll track it down.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
