In case you were wondering, as of right now, there are no MRNA vaccines available for cattle in the USA.

All our Ground Beef bundles are in stock and ready to ship. We ship weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday and orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.


Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days. It is then cut, individually vacuum sealed, labeled, and flash frozen.


It ships in a well insulated package with plenty of dry ice.

We target a fat ratio of roughly 85/15 (lean/fat). We find this is a great, versatile blend for the wide variety of ground beef uses.

Our beef is vacuum sealed in heavy duty packages. It will last indefinitely when properly frozen, but the USDA recommendations are to use within 1 year for best quality.
