This year we raised a smaller than usual batch of lambs. So that we could focus on growing our beef business while producing a limited batch of the fattest lambs possible! 

We are thrilled to be offering a very limited number of Holiday Lamb Bundles from this special batch of lamb.

The unique flavor of our lamb is a result of being 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, making it a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike.

Whether you're searing lamb chops, roasting a leg of lamb, or whipping up a hearty stew, our grass-fed lamb will take your meal to the next level!

You can choose from 2 sizes, Small or Large, which include the following:

Small (8 pounds):
  • 1 package Loin Chops
  • 1 Package of Rib Chops
  • 1 Package of Shoulder Chops
  • 1 pound Ground Lamb
  • 1 Small Leg of Lamb (avg. 2.5-3 pounds)
  • 1 pack Lamb Shanks 
Large (18 pounds):
  • 2 packages Loin Chops
  • 2 packages of Rib Chops
  • 2 packages of Shoulder Chops
  • 2 pounds Ground Lamb
  • 1 Large Leg of Lamb (avg. 4.5-5.5 pounds)
  • 2 pack Lamb Shanks 
  • 1 pack Lamb "Riblets"
  • 1 Pack lamb neck slices
