We are thrilled to be offering a very limited number of Holiday Lamb Bundles from this special batch of lamb.
The unique flavor of our lamb is a result of being 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, making it a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike.

You can choose from 2 sizes, Small or Large, which include the following:

1 Small Leg of Lamb (avg. 2.5-3 pounds)

Large (18 pounds):
2 packages Loin Chops
2 packages of Rib Chops
2 packages of Shoulder Chops
2 pounds Ground Lamb
1 Large Leg of Lamb (avg. 4.5-5.5 pounds)
2 pack Lamb Shanks
1 pack Lamb "Riblets"
1 Pack lamb neck slices
