We partnered up with our close friend and neighbor to raise this special, limited batch of pork.
We are very particular about the quality of the meat we serve, and it's been years since we had pork in our diet consistently. This batch is meat we are truly proud and confident to serve to our families and customers.
The exceptionally diverse diet of our pigs - local soy-free organic grain, high quality grass and clover hay, milk from a local farm, and endless pasture and woods to forage - give this pork a flavor unlike any other.

A quarter will fit in any regular freezer, a half will require 2-3 cubic feet in a chest freezer, and a whole will need about 5 cubic feet in a chest freezer
