You choose from 2 sizes, Small or Large, which include the following:

Small (8 pounds):
  • 4 pounds of 80/20 ground beef (versatile and perfect for burgers, tacos or anything else you can imagine)
  • 2-3 dry-aged steaks (a mix of premium cuts like ribeye/strip/tenderloin and value options like sirloin/top round/chuck)
  • 1 roast/savory cut (shank, short ribs, stew beef, etc.)
Large (16 pounds):
  • 8 pounds of 80/20 ground beef (versatile and perfect for burgers, tacos or anything else you can imagine)
  • 4-6 dry-aged steaks (a mix of premium cuts like ribeye/strip/tenderloin and value options like sirloin/top round/chuck)
  • 1-2 roasts/savory cuts (shank, short ribs, stew beef, larger roasts, sausages, etc.)

Packaging:  All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled. 

Shipping/Delivery:  If you choose shipping, your box will be shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to keep your beef frozen. We partner with UPS or FedEx (depending on your location) to deliver all of our boxes.

Freezer Space: Any of these boxes will fit in a regular family freezer compartment. No big chest freezer needed.
