An Eighth Beef will feed an average beef eater for 6-12 months, or a couple (or individual who loves beef) for about 3-6 months.

With your eighth beef package, you’ll fill your freezer without the commitment of a larger share.  This package includes a wide variety of cuts from burgers and steaks to roasts and sausages.  No matter the occasion, you’ll be prepared.

An average 1/8th beef share includes:

• 40% Premium Ground Beef:
• 15-20 lbs in convenient 1 lb packages 85/15 blend
• 30% Savory Cuts:
• 1-2 Roasts: Chuck, round, brisket, etc
• 1-2 stew meat in convenient 1 lb packages;
• 2 Cross Cut Shank individually packaged;
• 2 packs of short ribs;
• 1-2 packs of premium sausages
• 30% Dry Aged Steaks:
• 4-6 Prime Steaks: Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone
• 3-5 Value Steaks: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Chuck and Top Round
• and one or two of the following 'odd cuts' too few for every box: Skirt, Bavette (flap), Flank OR Tri-Tip.

COST:

Each 1/8 Beef share weighs 45 pounds, the total cost is $630. You pay your $199 deposit today. We'll invoice your for the final balance of $430 once your share is ready!

• Your order will be ready in April-May, and we'll keep you updated along the way
• You'll be notified when your beef starts the 14 day dry-age process, and we'll send your invoice for the final balance
• You'll get an email to schedule your pickup or shipping date!

FREEZER SPACE

This share requires 1.5 to 2 cubic feet of freezer space (it will fit in an average freezer, but leave very little room).

If you'd like more than 1/8th, there is a handy guide in the images that shows how much freezer room is necessary.
